Community Open Houses offers residents, property and business owners, and stakeholders an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments in an informal setting.

The Planning Commission Study Session Featuring Module 3 – Citywide Standards, Report B Part 2 will be discussed on November 18, 2019. Topics addressed are Off-street Parking and Loading and Rules for Measurement.

The Community Open House and Planning Commission Study Session Featuring Module 3 – Citywide Standards, Report B was held on Monday, November 4, 2019!

The public is invited to attend and give input on standards for the following topics:

  • Affordable Housing Incentives

  • Massage Establishments

  • Off-street Parking and Loading

  • Rules for Measurement
