The City has completed the Zoning Code modules and are drafting detailed standards for the new zoning districts and working on the new zoning map. Two Open Houses and Planning Commission Study Sessions are tentatively scheduled for February 2020 to receive public input. Stay tuned for more details on the next Community Open House!

The Planning Commission also held a second Study Session on November 18, 2019.
The City did not host a Community Open House for Module 4 Administrative Procedures and Permits; however, a Study Session with the Planning Commission was held on December 16, 2019.
